Finding this species here on the Coast is incredible. In this little lagoon we recorded Bursatella leachii back in December 2017.
Today both Bursatella leachii and Syphonota geographica reside in the lagoon. Sheryl discovered it September 30 2022.

This species was out in the open before the sun came out. After a couple of hours they all burrowed into the sand.

This new species is our 1111th species. Exciting!
